Here are a couple ways you could be involved if you'd like to be at the forefront of making change in our community! This is bullet point info on a somewhat complex process, but shoot us an email if you have any questions!

1. Consider running for Mayor, Board of Aldermen, or School Board. Click here to find out more about our annual election, and how you could become a candidate.

2. While a select few of Branson's local leaders are elected, several more are "appointed" to serve on various citizen-led committees. For instance, Parks, Finances, etc, are all comprised of some aldermen and some volunteers. These committees contribute more than you may realize to the decisions that affect our community, discussing many issues and projects in greater depth than the Board of Aldermen.
